Viewpoint Mike Photo Poem

Shadow and light halving a gall.

Fall is blushing early this year.

Twisted, gnarled, and hollow to the core.

17 downed trees to step over

and under.

A creek lost in a lake,

then found again.

Unwelcome sign on a dry gravel road.

Animal: 1, USS pipe: 0.

Poetic snippets inspired by images along the Viewpoint Mike trail, Oregon.
